中药皮肤药代动力学评价技术研究进展

Advances in evaluation techniques for traditional Chinese medicine dermatopharmacokinetics

  • 摘要: 评估中药外用制剂在皮肤组织中的吸收程度一直是中药皮肤药代动力学研究的难点。近年来,为更准确表征其药代动力学特征,多种技术方法不断涌现,包括扩散池、皮肤微生理系统、基质辅助激光解吸/电离质谱成像、胶带剥离、微透析/开放式微灌流、共聚焦拉曼显微镜技术等。本文系统综述了这些方法在中药皮肤药代动力学评价中的应用进展,总结其技术特点与适用场景,并展望未来发展趋势,旨在为深入揭示中药活性成分在皮肤内的动态变化规律、空间分布特征及外用制剂配伍合理性提供新的研究思路。

     

    Abstract: Evaluating the absorption of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulations in skin has long been a challenge in cutaneous pharmacokinetic studies of TCM. In recent years, various new techniques, including diffusion cell, microphysiological system, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging, tape stripping, microdialysis/open-flow microperfusion, and confocal Raman microscopy technology, have been developed to characterize and predict the pharmacokinetic profiles of these formulations more accurately. This review systematically summarizes the application progress of these methods in the evaluation of cutaneous pharmacokinetics of TCM, highlights their technical features and suitable scenarios, and discusses future development trends, providing new research perspectives for further understanding the dynamic changes, spatial distribution characteristics of active ingredients in the skin, and the rationality of compatibility in topical preparations.
