天麻种子无菌萌发的研究——Ⅰ、培养的条件与萌发的形态变化

  • 摘要: 应用1/2MS和MS两种浓度的培养基,对天麻种子进行无菌萌发的试验。经过190天的培养,前一处理的所有重复都获得了良好结果,平均萌发率为16.23%,最高达49.80%;在MS培养基上所播种子则无一萌发。试验结果表明,人工提供营养物质(包括植物激素等)能使天麻种子萌发,开创了此项工作研究的一条新途径。本试验中还观察了种子无菌萌发的大致过程和形态变化。此外,针对天麻种子极其细小的特点,设计了相当实用的果表消毒法。
