双波长薄层层析扫描法测定金银花中异绿原酸和绿原酸的含量

The Quantitative Determination of Isochlorogenic Acid and Chlorogenic Acid in Flos Lonicerae by Dual-wavelenth TLC Scanner Method

  • 摘要: 金银花为常用中药,其有效成分之一为异绿原酸和绿原酸。本文用双波长薄层层析扫描仪,直接在薄层板上对7种金银花药材做了异绿原酸和绿原酸的含量测定,结果稳定。
