天花粉引产有效成分——蛋白质的系统分离

Systematic Isolation of the Abortive Constituent of Trichosanthes Kirilowii

  • 摘要: 天花粉引产的有效成分为蛋白质。天花粉中蛋白质的组分,纸上电泳可得到3个区带;醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳可得到6个区带,其中主要的3个区带,与纸上电泳的3个区带相当。用丙酮分级沉淀或甲醇沉淀,配合硫酸铵分级盐析等方法,从天花粉中提取和分离天花粉蛋白质,可得到引产活性最强的一种蛋白质。小鼠有效剂量为0.06毫克/只,它是天花粉引产的主要有效成分。
