白内障治疗药“治障宁”的研究——第三报 “治障宁”各成分的吸收光谱行为

  • 摘要: 本文用纸层析法、柱层析法在检查了治障宁的纯度基础上,从治障宁中共分离出五种成分,其中两种成分不显荧光,三种成分在紫外灯下显有荧光。另外,又测定了它们的光谱行为,都具有相似的紫外吸收曲线和红外吸收曲线,只是最大吸收峰波长稍有差别。因此用紫外可见分光光度法测得治障宁的吸收值实为五种成分吸收值的总和。
