国产前列腺素 E_1气雾剂平喘作用的临床观察

Clinical Study on Bronchodilating Effect of Aerosol PGE; The Jiangsu Cooperative Group of PEG for Chronic Bronchitis

摘要: 本文报告80例应用国产前列腺素 E_1 气雾剂的平喘效果,证明它有一定疗效,即时总有效率为51/80,对支气管哮喘的疗效(总有效率37/53)优于喘息性支气管炎(总有效率14/27),尤其是病程在15年以下者,效果较为明显(总有效率35/46)。但起效速度稍慢,对少数患者有局部短暂刺激性。

Abstract: This paper presents the bronchodilating effects of aerosol PGE; in the treatment of80 asthma patients. The therapeutic results show that this preparation has a definiteeffect. The gross efficacy is 37/53.Its effect is more prominent especially on the patients suffering from asthma for less than 15 years, and in these cases, its efficacy may reach 35/46. However, this preparation may produce short-time local irritation on some patients.
