A Fluorospectroohotometric Determination of Rivanol in Plasma for Inducing Abortion in Middle Pregnancy

摘要: 本文探讨了用荧光分光光度法测定利凡诺的血药浓度以及荧光测定的各项条件,提高了方法灵敏度,观察了利凡诺的体液浓度变化和引产之间的关系。本法灵敏度达10~(-9)g,血中回收率为70%左右。

Abstract: A method for the determination of rivanol in plasma fluorospectrophotometrically and the conditions of the method were investigated. The sensitivity of the method wasimproved to ng level and the relationship betwecn the plasma level and the efficiencyfor inducing abortion was also found.
