Abstract: The use of sintered glass for the separation of furazahol from its starting material-Epiandronone as well as their intermediates is presentcd. This method can be used to monitor the completeness of reaction in the process of production.The value of specific extinction coefficient of furazabo1 is determined to be E_(1cm)~(1%)273nm=130.0. The comparative method has been employed to determine the content of furazabol.
