磺胺二甲嘧啶在入体内的相对生物利用度的研究1

Determination of the Relative Bioavailibilty of Two Brands of Sulfamethazine Powder in ManⅠ

  • 摘要: 本文应用累积尿药量法评价了两种国产磺胺二甲嘧啶原料的相对生物利用度。研究结果表明:消除半衰期 A 厂原料为7.16小时、B 厂原料为7.43小时;消除速度常数 A 厂原料为0.097hr~(-1)、B 厂原料为0.093hr~(-1);尿中排泄率 A 厂原料为63.02%、B 厂原料为51.98%;相对生物利用度 A 厂原料为86.65%、B厂原料为71.47%。

     

    Abstract: The cumulative urinary excretion of two brands of sulfamethazine powder (A&B) was determined in six healthy men after oral administration of 2 mg of the drug.The results obtained were: the total recovery of A & B in urine was 63.02 &51.98%, the half-life of elimination was 7.16 hr & 7.43 hr, the elimination rate constants, were 0.097 hr_(-1) & 0.093 hr_(-1) respectively.The relative bioavailibility of powder A & B compared to the solution of A was 86.65% & 71.47% respectively, which shows significant difference.
