关附甲素对实验性心律失常的作用

The Effect of Guanfu Base A on Experimental Cardiac Arrhythmias

  • 摘要: 本实验证明关白附子中主要成份之一关附甲素对乌头碱引起大鼠室性心律失常和电刺激引起家兔心室纤颤都具有保护作用,对哇巴因引起狗室性心动过速也有治疗作用。关附甲素能明显减慢窦性心率,可延长 P-Q、Q-T 间期,但对QRS 波宽无明显影响。其减慢心率作用不为阿托品、异丙肾上腺素所阻断或对抗。

     

    Abstract: The antiarrhythmic activity of Guanfu base A (the main active prinple obtained from the tuber of Aconitum coreanum (Levl.). Raipaics was investigated in animals. It was evident that the aconitine-induced ventricular arrhythmia in rats, the electrical stimulation-induced ventricular fibrillation in rabbits and the oubain-induced ventricular tachycardia in dogs could be protected or arrested by Guanfu base A intravenously. The dose thresholds required for ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation in rats during intravenous infusion of aconitine at constant rate were all raised by the premedication of Guanfu base A . The Guanfu base A could lower the heart rate, prolong P-Q,Q-T interval, but had no any effect on QRS waves. Its effect of slowing heart rate could not he blocked or antagonised by atropine and isoprenaline.
