  • 摘要: 本文提出采用双波长分光光度法和吸收度比法两种方法不经分离直接测定复方新诺明片中二组分的含量,并提出对该复方制剂可在普通单波长分光光度计上进行双波长法测定。方法简便快速,易于掌握,准确度和精密度较好。

     

    Abstract: The dual wavelength spectrophotometry and the absorbance ratio method are twospectrophotomotric analytical techniques used in the analysis of binary mixtures. They can accelerate of the analysis of some of pharmaceutical preparations containing two active components.These rapid methods have been used for analysis of co-trimoxazole tablets. Theyare simpler and more accurate than the methods previously used. The standard devi-ation for the average recovery is below 1.3%.
