维生素K_1的含量测定方法研究

A Method for Assay of Vitamin K_1

  • 摘要: 维生素 K_1中间体有紫外吸收,在使用紫外分光光度法测定 K_1时带来干扰。本文报告经含水率7%氧化铝层析后,可分离除去这些中间体。本文测定了 K_1中间体的紫外吸收曲线,探讨不同含水率的氧化铝对 K_1和 K_1中间体吸附的影响,比较含水率7%氧化铝对各个中间体的吸附。

     

    Abstract: Since the intermediates in the manufacturing of Vitamine K_1 exhibit UV absorption,they interfere with its assay by UV spectrophotometric methods. These intermediates can be removed by column chromatography with A1_2 O_3 ocitaiuing 7% H_2O. The UV absorption curve of these intermediates was determined. The effects of differentwater content of A1_2 O_3 on K_1 and its intermediates were investigated, and the behavior of absorption among these intermediates on A1_2 O_3 containing 7 % H_2 O was also discussed.
