硝普钠中游离铁氰化物和亚铁氰化物的限度试验

A Limit Test for Free Ferricyanide and Ferrocyanide in Sodium Nitroprusside

  • 摘要: 硝普钠化学名亚硝酰铁氰化钠(Na_2NOFe(CN)_5·2H_2O),为一血管扩张剂,有强烈降血压作用。国外于七十年代已将其列为抢救高血压危象病人的必备药物,国内于1979年开始用于临床。硝普钠系由亚铁氰化钾和硝酸为原料制得。供静脉注射用的硝普钠有必要制订游离亚铁氰化物和铁氰化物的限量检查法。本文用氧化铝柱分离法消除硝普钠溶液颜色对测定的干扰,继用分光光度法在420nm波长处测铁氰化物的吸收值并与标准铁氰化物相比较。亚铁氰化物经硝酸氧化为铁氰化物可按同法测定。限量是以铁氰化物的总量表示。

     

    Abstract: A rapid method of limit test for free ferricyanide and ferrocyanide in sodiunm nitroprussideby column chromatography combined with spectrophotometric method is presented.The rnethod is based on the fact that ferricyanide has a maximum absorption at thewave length of 420nm while ferrocyanide hasn't unless it is oxidized with 2N HNO_3to ferricyanide.
