含醇制剂中乙醇的气相色谱测定

A Gas Chromatographic Determination of Ethanol in Alcoholic Preparations

  • 摘要: 1975年版药典规定含醇制剂中乙醇的含量需通过蒸馏提取和测定比重等手续测定的。不仅操作费时,且易使乙醇损失,影响分析结果的准确性。用气相色谱法测定乙醇含量已有文献报道。英国药典1973年版和美国药典19版系同时采用两种方法(蒸馏法与气相色谱法)测定含量醇制剂中乙醇的含量。

     

    Abstract: By using gas chromatography with 401 organic carrier column and taking propanol as the internal standard, the f_i was determined to be 0.483 by measurement of peak bight ratio.Satisfactory results have been obtained in determining ethanol content in alcoholicpreparations.
