用微晶纤维素薄层测定维生素 U 片的含量

DETERMINATION OF VITAMIN U IN TABLETS BY MICROCELLULOSE TLC SCANNING METHOD

  • 摘要: 本文用微晶纤维素薄层——双波长薄层扫描法对维生素 U 片进行含量测定,展开剂为正丁醇——丙酮——25~28%氨水——水(40∶40∶8∶25),显色剂是茚三酮。维生素 U 及其分解产物的 R_f 值分别为0.37及0.63。将维生素 U 与其分解产物分离后,以外标法用双波长薄层扫描(测定波长560nm,参比波长750nm)测定其含量。回收率为98.6%(n=7)。

     

    Abstract: Microcellulose TLC dual wavelength TLC scanning method for determination of vitamin U (3-amino-3-carboxypropyl) dimethyl sulfonium chloride in tablets was employed with n-butanol-acetone 25-28% ammonia water-water ( 40:40:8:25)as developing solvent system and ninhydrin as color reagent. The R_f values of vitamin U and its decomposition product were 0.37 and 0.63 respectively.After separation cf vitamin U from its decomposition product, the dual wavelengthTLC scanning with external standard (measuring wavelength is 560nm, reference wavelength is 750 nm) was used. The recovery is 98.7% (n = 7 ).
