Investigation of a Taxonomic Technique of Information Content of System-Difference Ⅱ. The optimal selection of 56 Kinds of TLC Systems of 22 Kinds of Sulfa-Drugs

  • 摘要: 运用数学手段进行 TLC 系统的最佳选取是近年来药物分析理论化的重要进展之一。在方法上,除了较为成功的数值分类信息量选取法以外,系统差值信息量分类法在理论与应用的某些方面有其独到之处。本文探讨了用后一方法对22种磺胺类药物的56种 TLC 系统的最佳选取,并浅析了两种方法的部分区别。

     

    Abstract: It is one of the important development in theory of physicochemical analysis ofdrugs to select the optimal combination of TLC system by using mathematical means.Besides the numerical taxonomic technique with information content as selection crite-rion,the taxonomic technique of information content of system-difference shows unique advantage in its theory and application. An investigation of the latter technique applied in the optimal selection of 56 kinds of TLC systems of 22 kinds of sulfa-drugs and a preliminary interpretation of the difference between these two techniques have been made.
