双波长分光光度法和吸收度比法在复方制剂分析中的应用Ⅲ.复方保泰松片中保泰松和氨基比林的含量测定

Application of Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry and Absorbance Ratio Method in Analysis of Compound Preparations Ⅲ.Determination of Phenylbutazone and Amidopyrine in Phenylbutazone Composite Tablets

  • 摘要: 用双波长分光光度法和吸收度比法,不经分离直接测定复方保泰松片中保泰松和氨基比林的含量。其中,双波长分光光度法同时在单波长分光光度计和双波长分光光度计上进行了试验。本法方法迅速,操作简便。保泰松的平均回收率为100.1~100.7%,变异系数小于1.61%。氨基比林的平均回收率为98.17~100.7%,变异系数小于0.94%。其准确度和精密度能满足制剂分析的要求。

     

    Abstract: The dual wawelength spectrophotometry and the absorbance ratio method have been used for the determination of phenylbutazone and amidopycine in phenylbutazone.Composite tablets without any preliminary separation.In the dual wavelength spectrophotometry both single and dual wavelength spectrophotometers have been used.The methods are simple and rapid.Good results have been obtained.The average recovery of phenylbutazone is 100.1-100.7%, with coefficient of variation below1.61% and the average recovery of amidopyrine is 98.17-100.0% with coefficientof variation below 0.94%.The accuracy and precision meet the requirements of analysis of he pharmaceutical preparations.
