Studies on the Elimination of Interfering Absorption in Spectrophotometry of Pharmaceutical Preparations Ⅰ.The Application of Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry to the Determination of Caffeine in the Compound Injection of Quinine.

  • 摘要: 本文分别用双波长分光光度计和单波长分光光度计探讨了双波长法在复方奎宁注射液中咖啡因含量测定中的应用。咖啡因的回收率分别为100.8±0.2%和99.19±0.41%(置信率95%)。

     

    Abstract: The present paper is concerned with the application of dual wavelength spectrophotometry to the determination of caffeine in the compound injection of quinine by dual and single wavelength spectrophotometers. The mean recoveries were found to be 100.8±0.2% and 99.19±0.41% (at the 95% confidence level) respectively.
