中成药再造丸类的鉴定研究

IDENTIFICATION ON THE CHINESE PATENT MEDICINE ZAIZAO WAN(RESTORATIVE PILLS)

  • 摘要: 再造丸系《中国药典》1977年版中处方最大的中成药,由58味中药材加工制成。本文通过对南京、北京、上海、广州、昆明、苏州、佛山等地中药厂生产的再造丸类中成药商品的显微分析鉴定,说明显微鉴定的方法即使是对象再造丸类这样处方大的中成药质量检查也是一种较好的方法。另外还运用薄层层析和薄层层析扫描方法对各地产品进行了分析鉴定,找出了它们的区别。

     

    Abstract: Zaizao Wan is the compound Chinese patent medicine which contains the greatest number of ingredients in Chinese Pharmacopeia 1977.It is made up of 58 kinds of powdered Chinese drugs.Through detecting every ingredient of ZaizaoWan by means of microscopic identification and subsequent identifying Zaizao Wan made in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Kunming, Suzhou and Fushan Chinese drug manufacturers, we prove that microscopic analysis is one of the important methods for examination of some Chinese patent medicines, even for those as complex as Zaizao Wan. In addition, TLC and TLC-densitometry have also been used to analyse and identify the medicines mentioned above, their differences having been found.
