中药鬼箭羽化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

Studies of the Chemical Constituents of the Chinese Drug "Gui Jian Yu" Ⅰ Euonymus Alatus (Thunb.)Sieb.

  • 摘要: 从中药鬼箭羽——卫矛科植物卫矛的枝翅及带翅嫩枝中分离到二种甾体成分。其一为△~4β-谷甾烯酮3,与从β-谷甾醇经沃氏氧化所得到的△_4β-谷甾烯酮3的薄层层析、红外及紫外光谱比较都完全一致。另一成分与β-谷甾醇的薄层层析及红外光谱比较亦完全一致。该二成分在该植物中为首次分离到。

     

    Abstract: From the Chinese drug "Gui Jian Yu"-the twigs with fignified wings of winged euonymus euonymusEuonymus alatus (Thunb.)Sieb. two steriodal constituents have been isolated. One of them is △~4β-sitcsterone(3). The comparison of TLC, IR and UV spectral data proves that △~4β-sitcsterone(3) is identical with the synthetic product obtained by Oppenauer oxidation of β-sitosterol.Another constituents is shown to be identical with β-sitosterol by its TLC and IR spectra. The above two constituents have been isolated from this drug for the first time.
