双波长分光光度法和吸收度比法在复方制剂分析中的应用 Ⅳ.复方氨基比林注射液中氨基比林和巴比妥的含量测定

Application of dual wavelength spectrophotometry and absorbance ratio method in analysis of compound preparations

  • 摘要: 用双波长分光光度法不经分离直接测定复方氨基比林注射液中氨基比林和巴比妥的含量,在双波长分光光度计上获得好的结果,方法迅速,操作简便。氨基比林的平均回收率为99.92%,其标准编差为0.13%;巴比妥的平均回收率为99.24%,其标准偏差为0.54%。准确度和精密度能满足制剂分析的要求。

     

    Abstract: The dual wavelength spectrophotometry has been used for determination of amidopyrine and barbital in amidopyrine-barbital without the need for preliminary separation. This method can only be used in dual wavelength spectrophptometer. The method is rapid and very simple to operate. The good results have been obtained. The recovery of amidopyrine and barbital is 99.92+0.13%, 99.24+0.54% respeclively (mean+SD). So the accuracy and precision meet the requirements of analysis of pharmaceutical preparations.
