中药五加皮类的鉴定研究 Ⅰ

STUDIES ON THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE CHINESE DRUGS WUJIAPI

摘要: 本文对9种五加皮和红毛五加皮进行了性状、显微和理化鉴定研究。从湖北商品细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Smith的根皮中分离并鉴定了贝壳杉烯酸(Kaurenoic acid)和紫丁香甙。用双波长薄层层析扫描法测定了6种五加皮和红毛五加皮中紫丁香甙的含量。文中附有组织切片的照片、粉末图和薄层层析图谱等。

Abstract: This paper deals with the macro-, microscopic, physical and chemical iden-tification of 9 species of Wujiapi and Hongmao- Wujiapi namely Acanthopanaxgracilistylus, A. trifoliatus, A. sessiliflorus, A. senticosus, A. setchuenensis, A.leucorrhizus var. fulvescens, A. divaricatus, A. giraldii, A. giraldii var. hispidus.Kaurenoic acid and syringin from commerical root bark of A. gracilistylus of Hubei are isolated and identified. The syringin content of 6 species of wujiapi and Hongmao wujiapi is determined by dual wavelength TLC scanner method. This paper also describes their histological photographs and figures of powder and TLC.
