愈喘气雾剂的薄层扫描定量法

DETERMINATION OF ISOPRENALINE HYDROCHLORIDE AEROSOL BY TLCS

  • 摘要: 本文采用硅胶G薄层板,以正丁醇—醋酸—水(4:1:1)为展开剂,分离鉴定了愈喘气雾剂中主药盐酸异丙肾上腺素、愈创木酚甘油醚以及由包装器皿带来的杂质;并以改良的硫酸—甲醛试剂为愈创木酚甘油醚的显色剂,分别在紫外区及可见区对上述两种成份进行定量。其回收率,盐酸异丙肾上腺素为100.0±3.6%,愈创木酚甘油醚为99.3±2.7%(n=7)。

     

    Abstract: Silica gel G TLC plate with n-butanol—acetic acid-water(4:1:1) as developing solvent was used. Isoprenaline hydrochloride and guaiphenesin, the chief components of isoprenaline hydrochloride aerosol, and its impurities contaminated from the pocking viols were separated and identified. The modified sulphuric acid formol reagent was employed as coloring agent of guaiphenesin. The determination of two components iust mentioned above were performed under UV and visible light. The average recovery Of isoprenaline hydrochloride was 100.0 ±3.6% and that of guaiphenesin was 99.3±2.7%(n=7)
