氢氯噻嗪片在人体内的相对生物利用度的研究

DETERMINATION OF THE RELATIVE BIOAVAILABILITY OF HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE TABLETS IN HUMAN

  • 摘要: 本文应用尿药累积排泄量法、以美国食品及药物管理局所规定的氢氯噻嗪参比片作为评价标准研究了两种国产氢氯噻嗪片在人体内的吸收率。两种国产氢氯噻嗪片的相对生物利用度:A厂片为95.09%,B厂片为77.70%;尿药排泄率:A厂片为49.89%,B厂片为40.71%。

     

    Abstract: The cumulative urinary excretion of two domestic-made hydrochlorothiazidetablets(A and B) was determined in seven healthy men after oral administrationof 75mg of the drug. The relative bioavailability of hydrochlorothiazide tabletsA and B compared with that of FDA standard reference hydrochlorothiazaide tablets was 95.09% and 77.70% respectively. The total recovery of hydrochlorothiazaide from A and B in urine was 49.89% and 40.71% respectively.
