水飞蓟宾(Silybin)吸收系数的测定

DETERMINATION OF ABSORPTIVITY OF SILYBIN

  • 摘要: 水飞蓟宾及其水溶性衍生物和制剂的含量测定系采用紫外分光光度法。为了简化分析手续和克服制备标准品的困难,有必要测定水飞蓟宾的百分吸收系数。据报道Bandarenko等的测定值为383±4.4,我们初次测定值为428.6。本文用进一步精制的水飞蓟宾纯品进行精密测定,其E_(1cm)~(1%)288nm值为456.1±1.8。一、条件选择 1.溶剂选择:分别以无水乙醇和95%乙醇作溶剂,对照试验表明:两者最大吸收波长288±1nm无改变,但所测得的吸收度明显下降,且溶解度不大理想,故仍采用无水乙醇作溶剂。

     

    Abstract: The assay of silybin has been successfully performed by UV spectrophotometry. The specific extinction coefficient (E 1%_1cm 288nm) has been measured to be 456.1 by using five different types of UV spectrophotometers. The results shows that the mean recovery is 99.88±0.48%, and the standard deviation is 0.58.
