雷公藤中新成分雷藤三萜内酯 A

TRIPTOTRITERPENOIDAL LACTONE A FROM TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII

  • 摘要: 从雷公藤去皮根部中分离得到一种五环三萜内酯化合物——雷藤三萜内酯 A(Triptotriterpenoidal lactone A),分子式为 C_(30)H_(46)O_3,熔点为322.5-326.5℃。通过对该化合物及其乙酰化衍生物的红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱的分析,鉴定了化学结构式。为国内外在卫矛科植物中迄今尚未报道过的一种新成分。

     

    Abstract: A pentacyclic triterpenoidal lactone, named triptotriterpenoidal lactone A, with a molecular formula of C_30 H_46 0_3 and m.p. of 322.5—326.5'C, was isolated from the bark root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. The lactone obtained is a new constituent and its acetyl derivative were subjected to IR, NMR and MS analysis and it's structure has been determined.
