弱碱性有机药物的非水催化温度滴定

NON-AQUEOUS CATALYTIC THERMOMETRIC TITRATION OF WEAK BASIC ORGANIC DRUGS

  • 摘要: 本文利用酸催化的∝-甲基苯乙烯聚合反应和脂肪酸酐与醌氢醌等羟基试剂间的放热反应作为终点指示的手段,使用双磁搅拌温度记录仪记录滴定曲线,用 N/10高氯酸测定了生物碱及其盐类药物(8种)的含量,取得了较为满意的结果;还研究了终点敏锐化的影响因素,并与非水电位滴定作了比较。

     

    Abstract: Eight alkaloids and their salts were determined with N/10 perchloric acid in acetic acid using acid-catalyzed α—methylstyrene polymerization and acetylation of quinhydrone to indicate the end point in titration. Factors influencing the sharpness of the end point inflection were studied and compared with the method of non-aqueous potentialmetric titration.
