庐山石韦化学成分的研究

CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF PYRROSIA SHEARERl(BAK.)CHING

  • 摘要: 从庐山石韦醇浸出液中分离出10个单体,根据其光谱数据和理化常数,有7个经鉴定为:里白烯、β-谷甾醇、香草酸、原儿茶酸、杧果甙、延胡索酸、蔗糖。其中香草酸、原儿茶酸、杧果甙、廷胡索酸为抑菌有效成分。

     

    Abstract: Ten compounds were isolated from the alcohol extract of a Chinese folk medicinal herb—Pyrrosia sheareri (Bak.) Ching. On the basis of their spectral data and physical-chemical constants, seven of them were identified as diplotene(I), β-sitosterol(Ⅲ) , vanillic acid(Ⅳ), protocatechuic acid (V) mangiferin (Ⅷ), fumaric acid (Ⅸ) , sucrose (X)respectively. The crystalline compounds Ⅳ, V, Ⅶ, and Ⅸ were found to be active in inhibiting bacteria growth.
