脑内多巴胺系统与东莨菪碱麻醉作用的关系

DOPAMINERGIC SYSTEM IN RELATION TO SCOPOLAMINE -INDUCED ANAESTHESIA

  • 摘要: 小鼠在大剂量 L-DOPA 负荷及家兔脑室注射6-羟多巴胺三天后,使脑室注射东莨菪碱的麻醉时间均显著延长(P<0.05)。东莨菪碱对大鼠脑内 cAMP含量及 D_1受体(DA 敏感的腺苷酸环化酶)并无明显作用。但说明脑内多巴胺系统对胆碱能系统具有一定的影响。

     

    Abstract: Both the load of large dose of L-DOPA in mice and injection of 6-hydroxy-dopamine into cerebral ventricles in rabbits 3 days before caused a prolonged anaesthetic period induced by scopolamine injected cerebroventrically(P<0.05).It was suggested that the dopaminergic system in the brain exerts certain influences on the function of the cholinergic system. Scopolamine, however not show any effect on the cAMP level and D_1 receptor in rat brain.
