用 EVA 薄膜控制氯霉素释放的研究

THE RELEASE RATE OF CHLORAMPHENICOL IN EVA FILM

  • 摘要: 本文对试用 EVA 为成膜材料制成的三种类型的氯霉素眼用药膜进行释药速度比较。结果表明:全复合膜和半复合膜在16小时内释药速度均符合于 Higuchi方程。释放速度常数依次为73.82μg/cm~2/h~(1/2)、95.59μg/cm~2/h~(1/2)。在24小时内可维持有效治疗浓度。未复合膜在5分钟内释药量占总释药量的87%,15分钟后释药基本结束。

     

    Abstract: Three types of chloramphenicol films were developed using Ethylene-Vinyl—acetate co-polymer as drug delivery material. The release rates of the drug from different films were investigated. The results indicated that the release rates of laminated film and semilaminated film complied with the Higuchi equition, being within 16 hours. The release rate constants of laminated film and semilaminated film were 73.82μg/cm^2/h^1/2 and 95.59μg/cm^2/h^1/2, respectively. The effective level could be maintained in 24 h. Eighty seven percent of the total amount was released by unlaminated film within 5 minutes and the total drug release is brought to the end in 15 minutes.
