THE CORRELATION BETWEEN SMALL INTESTINAL ABSORPTION OF SMZ AND O/W PARTITION COEFFICIENT

  • 摘要: 本文作者应用大鼠在体小肠回流实验的一种改良装置,研究磺胺甲基异(口恶)唑(SMZ)在不同 pH 下的油/水分配系数与肠吸收规律,以及两者间的相关性。经测定,SMZ 的1小时吸收率:pH4.0时为39.35%,pH6.0时为28.13%,pH8.0时为5.60%。小肠吸收率与油/水分配系数之间具有良好的半对数关系。

     

    Abstract: An improved circular system of small intestine in rats was used for investigateabsorption of SMZ in relation to O/W partition coefficient under different pH.Theresults which revealed a half-logarithm relationship between partition coefficient and absorption were as follows absorption rate; 39.35% at pH4, 28.13% at pH6, 5.6% at pH8; absorption rate constants: 0.396 h^-1 at pH4, 0.303 h^-1 at pH6, 0.057h^—1 at pH8; Half—life of absorption: 1.76 h at pH 4, 2.29 h at pH 6, 16.00 h at pH 8.
