眼用药膜中毛果芸香碱及其降解产物的高效液相色谱测定

HPLC DETERMINATION OF PILOCARPINE AND ITS DEGRADATION PRODUCTS IN OPHTHALMIC FILMS

  • 摘要: 作者应用 HPLC 法,以含5%异丙醇的磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,采用 Partisil—10 SCX 阳离子交换柱,测定眼用药膜中毛果芸香碱及其降解产物异毛果芸香碱和毛果芸香酸的含量。同时作者还考察了离子浓度和酸度对柱效的影响。五份药膜的平均回收率为100.3±0.6%。

     

    Abstract: A high—performance liquid Chromatographic method was developed to determine pilocarpine and its degradation products, isopilocarpine and pilocarpine acid in ophthalmic films. An ion—exchange resin ( Fartisil-lOSCX ) column was employed with 0.3 M phosphate buffer ( pH 6 ) containing 5% isopropanol as mobile phase. The influence of ionic concentration and acidity on column-performance was also investigated. The average recovery of five samples was found to be 100.3±0.6%.
