唐古特瑞香化学成分的研究

CONSTITUENTS OF DAPHNE TANGUTICA

  • 摘要: 从民间草药唐古特瑞香的茎皮中分离出10种成分,分别鉴定为:7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(Ⅰ)、7-羟基香豆素(Ⅱ)、西瑞香素(Ⅲ)、瑞香素(Ⅳ)、大黄素甲醚(V)、7-甲氧基-8-羟基香豆素(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、三硬脂酸甘油酯(Ⅷ)、α-香树脂醇醋酸酯(Ⅸ)和瑞香甙(Ⅹ)。其中Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ是首次从该植物中分得,Ⅴ是首次从瑞香科中分得。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、为抗炎有效成分,Ⅳ具有止痛和扩张冠状动脉的作用。

     

    Abstract: From the stem bark of a Chinese folk medicinal herb-Daphne tangutica Maxim, ten compounds were isolated and identified as 7—hydroxy-8-methoxy coumarin(I)umbelliferone(Ⅱ), daphnoretin(Ⅲ), daphnetin(Ⅳ), phzscion(V), 7-methoxy—8— hydroxy coumarin(Ⅵ),β-sitosterol(Ⅶ),glyceryl tristearalte(Ⅷ), acetyl α-amyrin (Ⅸ), and daphnin(X), respectively. Ⅱ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ were first obtained from this species, and V was first isolated from Thymelaeaceae. Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ are effective in anti inflammation. Ⅳ has analgesic coronarydilating effects.
