岐伞香茶菜及香茶菜在不同生长期中二萜化合物的含量测定

DETERMINATION OF TWO DITERPENES IN RABDOSIA MACROPHYLLA AND RABDOSIA AMETHYSTOIDES IN DIFFERENT GROWING SEASONS

  • 摘要: 本文报道用高效液相色谱法测定岐伞香茶菜(Rabdosia macrophylla(Migo)C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li)和香茶菜(Rabdosia amethystoides(Benth.)Hara)中二萜化合物大叶香茶菜庚素(Rabdophyllin G C_(22)H_(30)O_7)和香茶菜甲素(Am-thystoidin A C_(20)H_(28)O_5)在不同生长过程中植物体内的含量变化。结果表明大叶香茶菜庚素以五月份含量最高,香茶菜甲素在整个生长期中变化不明显。

     

    Abstract: A HPLC method was used for determination of the change in contents of two diterpenes, rabdophyllin G in Rabdosia macrophylla and amethystoidin A in Rabdosia amethystoides in different growing seasons.In May,the plant contains the highest amount of rabdophyllin G, but in content of amethystoidin A, there is no significant change throughout the growing period.
