陈皮及蛇胆陈皮末中橙皮甙的薄层扫描

TLCS OF HESPERIDIN IN CITRUS CORTICES AND ITS PREPARATION

  • 摘要: 在硅胶G薄层板上用正丁醇—冰醋酸—水(4:1:1)为展开剂,分离橙皮甙及其它成分。再用岛津CS—910型双波长薄层扫描仪在紫外区进行定量扫描(测定波长为280nm,参比波长为400nm),测定了陈皮、川红桔及蛇胆陈皮末中橙皮甙的含量。陈皮中橙皮甙的回收率为101.9%(n=5),变异系数为3.4%。蛇胆陈皮末中橙皮甙的回收率为99.6%(n=5),变异系数为3.8%。

     

    Abstract: Hesperidin and other constituents present in Citrus cortices and in its powdered mixture with snake bile were separated by TLC on a silica G plate with BAW(4:1:1) as developing system. The chromatogram was scanned at λs 280nm (λR 400nm) on a Shimadzu double wavelength TLC scanner(CS-910) to determine hesperidin. The average recovery of hesperidin was found to be 101.9% (n=5) and 99.6% (n=5)for Citrus cortices and for the mixture with snake bile respectively, with a variation coefficient of 3.4% and 3.8%, respectively.
