分光光度法测定维他锌片中维生素B_2的含量

SPECTROPHOTOMETRY OF VITAMINE B_2 IN WEITAXIN TABLETS

  • 摘要: 本文依据核黄素异咯嗪环上发色基团中活泼双氢,在连二亚硫酸钠作用下能还原为无色双氢核黄素的原理,采用分光光度法测定还原前后的吸收度,通过差值(即为核黄素的吸收度)求得该片中维生素B_2的含量。此法简便、专属性较好。测得结果经统计处理,平均回收率为98.87%,变异系数为0.42%,样品含量测定标准差为S_x=0.69,变异系数为0.83%。

     

    Abstract: The content of vitamine B_2 (Ⅰ) in Weitaxin tablets was determined by spectrophotometry. An accurately weighed portion of the powder. equivalent to about 400 mg of Ⅰ was transfered to a 100 ml volumetric flask, 60ml of N/50 glacial acetic acid was added and heated in a water bath until the Ⅰ was dissolved, after cooling. dil. with N/50 glacial acetic acid to vol., mix, and filtered through a GS-4 sintered glass funnel. The absorbance of the resulting solution was detd. in a 1-cm cell at 420 nm, with a suitable spectrophotometer. Ⅰ is calcd. from the calibration curve prepd. The mean recovery of Ⅰ was 98.87% with a cv of 0.42%.
