金黄色葡萄球菌抗生素耐药质粒DNA的抽提及检测

EXTRACTION AND DETECTION OF ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT PLASMID DNA IN STAPHYLOCOCUS AUREUS

  • 摘要: 本文报道了用溶菌酶合并使用少量溶葡萄菌素作为破壁酶提取金黄色葡萄球菌质粒DNA,然后用琼脂糖凝胶电泳来检测的方法。比较研究了一株自南京地区分离的金黄色葡萄球菌多剂耐药株(22)及用大黄素处理后所得的不同耐药性消除菌株的质粒DNA。结果证明,在金黄色葡萄球菌(22)中含有4条质粒带。分子量较小的二条质粒带可能与四环素耐药性及青霉素耐药性有关。它们的分子量约为2.6及2.0 Mdal。
