黑木耳、银耳、银耳孢子多糖对血清蛋白生物合成的影响

EFFECT OF POLYSACCHARIDES OF AURICULARIA AURICULA,TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS BERK AND TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS BERK(SPORES)ON SERUM PROTEIN BIOSYNTHESIS

  • 摘要: 本文用放射性同位素标记测定法比较了黑木耳多糖、银耳多糖及银耳孢子多糖对小白鼠血清蛋白生物合成的影响:实验结果表明:三种多糖均有增加~3H-亮氨酸掺入小白鼠血清蛋白的作用,与对照组比较,掺入量分别增加29%、65%和95%。这说明上述三种多糖均有不同程度促进血清蛋白生物合成的作用。其中以银耳孢子多糖最好、银耳多糖次之,黑木耳多糖较差。
