植物黄酮类成分槲皮素及芦丁对小鼠骨髓微核率的影响

EFFECT OF QUERCETIN AND RUTIN ON THE FREQUENCY OF MICRONUCLEUS OF MOUSE BONE-MARROW POLYCHROMATIC ERYTHROCYTES

  • 摘要: 本文采用小鼠骨髓微核试验法,以计数多染红细胞微核率(‰)为指标,对植物黄酮类成分槲皮素及芦丁进行了实验研究。结果表明:槲皮素及芦丁无明显致突变作用,微核率无明显增加。槲皮素剂量为100、150mg/kg时对环磷酰胺的致突变作用显示一定的抑制,微核率明显减少。
