纸层析扫描测定光线对反式咖啡酸的影响

D ETERMINATION OF TRANS ISOMER OF CAFFEIC ACID IN ISOMERIC CHANGE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LIGHT

摘要: 咖啡酸的化学名称为3,4-二羟基苯丙烯酸。因结构中含有双键,故极易发生顺反式互变。一般认为,反式体药物具有药理作用,而顺式体无效。药用咖啡酸是反式体,具有止血、升高白血球作用。本文测定了药用反式咖啡酸在不同光线照射后的顺反式变化情形,先经纸层析分离,用双波长扫描法测定反式咖啡酸的含量。实验如下:

Abstract: The isomeric change of caffeic acid after exposure to different light was described.The cis and trans isomers of caffeic acid could be separated by paper chromatography using 20% (v/v) acetic acid as the developing solvent, and then determined by the dual
