云芝多糖及银耳孢子多糖的抗突变作用

ANTIMUTAGENIC ACTION OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM CORIOLUS VERSICOLOR, POLYSTICTUS VERSICOLOR AND THE SPORES OF TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS

  • 摘要: 云芝多糖与银耳孢子多糖均属于真菌多糖,药理作用有某些类似。日本从Coriolusversicolor(Fr)Quel中提取的云芝多糖(PS-K)具有抗肿瘤及加强免疫的作用。我院从Polystictus versicolor(L.)Fr中提取的云芝多糖(PV-1),对免疫功能具有增强作用,启东肝癌防治研究所用我院试制的云芝糖浆,治疗甲胎蛋白(APP)低浓度持续阳性病人,取得显著疗效,AFP转阴率明显大于对照组,认为对肝癌的发生、发展可能具有阻断或延缓作用。银耳(Tremella fuciformis Berck)为著名补养中药,据报道,银耳孢子多糖对免疫功能有增强作用,含多糖的银耳制剂有抗放射作用,并在抗放射实验中发现可降低受照射动物淋巴细胞染色体的畸变率,对遗传物质似有保护作用。本文以小鼠骨髓微核试验,就此三个多糖对细胞染色体损伤的影响作了一些实验研究。
