DETERMINATION OF INTERMEDIATE (CYCLIC PRODUCT) OF PIRENZEPINE BY TLC-UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

  • 摘要: 5,6-二氢-6-氧代-11H-吡啶骈2,3b1,4苯骈二氮杂(简称环合物)为抗消化性溃疡药盐酸哌吡酮的中间体,其含量测定方法未见报道。为了协助药品生产选取最佳合成反应条件,降低成本提高收率,本文对其定理分析方法进行了研究。
