中药延胡索类研究——Ⅰ.4种延胡索块茎中生物碱的含量比较

摘要: 本文用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了延胡索Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang、齿瓣延胡索C.turtschaninovii Bess.、东北延胡索C.ambigua Cham.et Schltd.、土元胡C.humosa Migo及2种野生延胡索C.yanhusuo块茎,5省市的11件栽培品,3件商品中叔胺型生物碱(±)-四氢巴马亭、(+)-紫堇碱和季铵型生物碱黄连碱、巴马亭、去氢紫堇碱的含量。
