  • 摘要: 本文研究用CAP和虫胶为骨架材料包埋对乙酰氨基酚,能较好地掩盖药物的苦味。所介绍的振荡提取法测定骨架内药物含量,准确性达95%以上。体外溶出试验证实药物从骨架内释放是完全的。本法制备的对乙酰氨基酚咀嚼片具有独特的优点。
