单纯形—紫外分光光度法测定复方维生素B注射液的含量

DETERMINATION OF FOUR COMPONENTS IN COMPOUND VITAMINE B INJECTIONS BY SIMPLEX-UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

  • 摘要: 采用紫外分光光度法测定复方维生素B注射液四组分的含量。在222~290nm区间内,间隔2nm测定吸光度,实验数据用单纯形法进行计算。维生素B_1、B_2、B_6和烟酰胺的平均回收率分别为100.0%,99.95%,100.1%和100.0%。样品的成分含量计算值与药品标准测定值的平均相对误差为1.28%。该法可用于多组分复方制剂的含量测定计算。
