放射受体分析法测定东莨菪碱膜控制剂的血药浓度

DETERMINATION OF SCOPOLAMINE LEVELS IN RABBIT''S PLASMA BY RADIORECEPTOR ASSAY (RRA)

  • 摘要: 家兔背部皮肤贴用东莨菪碱膜控制剂(transdermal therapeutic system of seopola-mine,TTSS),不同时间从耳缘静脉采血,立即用Sep-PAK C_(18)柱分离提取,~3H-QNB作放射配基。进行放射受体分析(RRA)。结果,我校研制的TTSS给药后72h内血药浓度基本稳定在0.85~1.96ng/ml,与美国CIBA公司的TTSS类似。
