荧光分光光度法测定十种中药微量元素硒的含量

DETERMINATION OF SELENIUM IN TEN KINDS OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE BY FLUORESCENCE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

  • 摘要: 硒(Se)是人体健康超微量必需元素。研究表明人体缺硒是癌症发病病因之一。考虑到硒的特殊抗癌生理功能,我们选择了临床床上常用的十种中药,用2,3-二氨基萘(2,3-diaminona phthalene,简称DAN)作为荧光试剂,应用荧光分光光度法测定了其中硒的含量。
