EFFECT OF PORPHYRA POLYSACCHARIDE ON THE BIOSYNTHESIS OF NUCLEIC ACID AND PROTEIN AND THE IMMUNE FUNCTION

  • 摘要: 给小鼠ip150mg/kg紫菜多糖(Porphyra Polysaccharide简称PP),能促进小鼠血清蛋白质的生物台成,~3H-亮氨酸参入量为对照组的1.57倍。并有明显增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,如促进淋巴细胞转化,~3H-TdR参入量为对照组的2.02倍;~3H-UR参入量为对照组的1.28倍;增加血清溶血素含量,HC_(50)为对照组的3.64倍;增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,吞噬百分数和吞噬指数分别为对照组的1.42倍和1.90倍;并能增强免疫器官重量,脾指数为空白对照组的1.65倍,与环磷酰胺合用组的脾指数为坏磷酰胺(Cy)对照组的1.79倍;对大鼠红细胞也有明显凝集作用,凝集率为45.82%。
