反相HPLC法测定13种芍药根中甙类和苯甲酸的含量

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF GLUCOSIDES AND BENZOIC ACID IN PEONY ROOT FROM 13 SPECIES BY RP-HPLC

  • 摘要: 以阿司匹林为内标,在YWG-CN柱上用CH_3CN-(CH_3COOH-CH_3COONa-H_2O)CHCl_3(10:90:1)为流动相,用反相HPLC法测定了芍药、毛果芍药、草芍药、毛叶草芍药、川赤芍、毛赤芍、美丽芍药、窄叶芍药、块根芍药、新疆芍药、日本芍药、黄牡丹、及一种尚未定名的芍药的根中羟基芍药甙、芍药内酯甙、芍药甙和苯甲酸的含量,精密度实验CV(%)分别为2.34,3.40,2.88,3.31;回收率(%)分别为102.76(CV2.49%),99.39(CV1.03%),100.78(CV0.69%),100.93(CVL59%)。
