丹皮酚的抗炎作用及其机制

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECT AND ITS MECHANISM OF PAEONOL

  • 摘要: 丹皮酚对由角叉菜胶、蛋清、甲醛、组胺、5-羟色胺和缓激肽所致的大鼠足砳肿胀,对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀和内毒素致腹腔毛细血管通透性升高均有显著的抑制作用,摘除大鼠双侧肾上腺后其抗炎作用仍存在。丹皮酚抑制炎性组织中PGE_2的生物合成,抑制角叉菜胶胸膜炎多形核白细胞的移行,对大鼠肾上腺Vc的含量无明显影响,也不能抑制由单侧切除大鼠肾上腺所致对侧肾上腺代偿性增生。
